PTE (Academic) - Test Overview
The Pearson Test of English (PTE) is a computer-based test which assesses the English language skills of non-native speakers intending to apply for university courses in English-speaking countries. What is PTE Passing Score? PTE score range is 10-90; however, there is no passing PTE score. 65-75 PTE score happens to be a good PTE score, as it appears competent to get admission in the top universities. In other universities, PTE score between 50-63 can also be accepted.
Which countries accept PTE? The countries that accept PTE exam scores are the USA, UK, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden and some more countries.

PTE Academic Exam
- PTEAcademic assesses the candidates' skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing. The entire duration of the test lasts up to 3 hours. In Australia and New Zealand, PTE Academic is accepted even for visa purposes.
PTE Academic UKVI
- The PTE Academic UKVI is specific to the UK. This is a Secure English Language Test (SELT) to be eligible for UK visas. Anyone who wishes to work, study or live in the UK can take up this test.
